TX Occupations Code Chapter 1806/16 TAC Chapter 71 Exemption Notice:

A self-contained, off-grid solar lighting system consisting of a photovoltaic panel, battery storage, charge controller, and LED lighting fixture. The system is not connected to the electrical utility, does not supply electricity to a residence, and is designed solely to power the integrated LED lighting fixture.
